LEDGED SHELVES
It is built from two Antares uprights with footplaces in plastic or zinc-coated iron, and a variable number of cross-beans according to the upright height. Standard heights are 1000, 1500, 2000, 2250, 2500, 2750 mm, and from 3000 to 5500 mm in 500 mm increments. Standard depths are 300, 350, 400, 500, 600
Pallet Racks
One of the most popular and commonly used pallet racking systems, selective pallet racks allow pallets to be accessed from the structure’s aisle. Load beams provide a pallet support structure. Selective racking allows direct access to each pallet and can be configured to almost any size you desire. This racking is also the most easily installed of all the other types.
Mobile shelving
Mobile shelving units are generally used for applications where considerable amounts of physical archive materials, books and files need to be stored. Generally, mobile shelving units provide nearly a 50% reduction of the overall floor space. It is a set of shelving units mounted upon mobile bases which move along rails. Thereby guaranteeing optimal order and distribution of the archive and warehouse, as well as a better use of space.
Pallet Shuttle System
A self-powered, deep lane pallet storage and retrieval system that can help you achieve the highest possible storage density. The carrier shuttle moves pallets around a specially designed pallet structure, optimising pallet storage and reducing labour intensity. Operated by remote control, it can be shifted to fresh locations or scaled up with additional pallet shuttles in the racking system.
Push Back Racking
The racking follows the Last In First Out (LIFO) system in which the forklift operators never enter the rack. It comprises pallets that rest in a row in a slightly inclined position. In this, one pallet faces the aisle. And others are present immediately on the rear side of the front-facing pallet. With Push-back rack, pallets sit on carts that slide forward when the pallet in front is removed.
Double Deep Racking
Double Deep is similar to selective racking; but pallets are now stored two rows deep instead of one. This type of racking therefore requires specialised pallet handling equipment using ether a specialised forklift or a standard unit a with double deep handling attachment.
Drive-in Racking
Drive-in pallet racking is designed to maximize the use of floor space within a warehouse and has a last-in/first-out rotation . This type of pallet racking requires fewer aisles for the same amount of storage. Hence, because of the space saved, they are a cost-effective option. Drive-in racking is designed in a way which allows forklifts to make their way through the aisles to continue stocking and adding additional pallets.
